Since 1984, the Army Terminal has been in phased renovation, transforming the once-vacant landmark into a manufacturing and commercial center. BioBAT has been a part of this revitalization effort since 2006. Starting with its anchor tenant, the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, the organization has been a magnet for science and technology firms.
